A Day In The Life of Mason Meadows
Location: Backstage at a Pride house show
Date and Time: October 22ND, 6:00 PM
Subject: House show Match
Camera's open up backstage at a Pride Pro Wrestling house show. Inside the ring you see the ring crew setting up. The arena is empty of fan's and the crew and a few local wrestler's are setting up chair's guardrail's and other odd's and ends. The camera flashes backstage where you see a black Nissan entra pull up. It obviously a rental and Mason Meadows get's out. He is wearing some jean's and a Pride shirt. He pop's the trunk and get's out his duffel bag. He tosses it over his shoulder. He then start's to walk into the backstage area. A young fan comes up to him. The kid is about 14 or 15.
Kid:Hey,.... um Mason can I get your autograph?
Mason stop's walking for a moment and then look's at the kid. He has a really straight face then he breathes in. He exhales out and then smiles at the kid.
Mason:Sure man, What's your name?
Kid: Josh sir! My name is Josh
Mason:Alright Josh. You going to be a pro wrestler?
Josh:I hope to be!
Mason:Well let me tell you this. Remember to train everyday. Work hard, Try and get the best trainer possible! The most important advice is..... don't ever give up!
Josh:Thanks alot!
Mason hand's the kid the autograph book and the pen back. The kid smile's really big and walk's away. Mason then lift's his bag back up and his shoulder and begin's to walk. He then start's to talk to himself outloud.
Mason: Alway's train, alway's try your best, Never get into doubt. Don't let the world back you down. You can do it Mason. It's two of them but you can do it. Don't be scared. They are only human's. Just like you. Don't be scared...... The odd's are stacked against you. But you can come out on top. You can beat anyone. You shouldn't be afraid of anyone.... Or anything. you are the best...... You got to believe in yourself. It's First Blood,..... that's all you have to do. Make sure you bust him open...
Mason continues talking to himself. He open's the double door's to the backstage area and there is a production supervisor with a clipboard.
Supervisior: Hi Mr.Meadows,
Mason:Hi, Where's my locker room?
Supervisor:It's the first one on the left. But your opponent had to cancel.
Mason: What? That's the second one in a month.
Supervisor: Well I'm sorry. But Mr.Kraze has said you can go out and speak to the crowd during the show instead.
Mason:What he didn't book me in a four on one handicap match instead?
Supervisor: There's nothing in the note's about it.
Mason: Well thank's anyway's.
Mason shrug's his shoulder's and begin's to walk down the hall. the supervisor look's at his clip board. Mason walk's to the door which has his name labeled on it. He walk's in and the camera fade's to black.
Mason Meadows Speaks
Location: 2PW House Show
Date and Time: October 22ND, 8:40 PM
Subject: Kraze, Chris Pace, and First Blood
Camera's open back up at the Pride Pro Wrestling house show. The place is really packed and waiting for some more action. the two wrestler's in the ring have ended there match and begin to make there way to the back.. "Back in Black" by AC/DC play's. The crowd goes wild, and raise to there feet. Pyro technic's shoot off from the entrance ramp and Mason Meadows appear's from the smoke. he is wearing his jean's still and his pull over 2PW shirt. He smile's and walk's to the ring. He high five's a few of the fan's. He roll's inside the ring and motion's for a microphone. the crowd are cheering for him. He get's the microphone and the crowd start's to quite down.
Mason: Well, it's good to here that! After the past few week's I have had, I need to here some people cheering me up. I lost my partner, Got my tail handed to me in a handicap match. Suffered with a headache for a few week's. Then I lost my boss last week. Now I lost my opponent for tonight. I just guess I need to stop, gain my thought's and get ready for First Blood this Sunday!!!
The crowd goes crazy as Mason Mentions mentions First Blood coming up on Pay Per View this Sunday. Mason stop's to hear the roar of the crowd. He then raises the microphone back up to his mouth.
Mason:On Sunday I climb into the ring with the most dangerous man in the federation. A man who has defeated anyone and everyone placed in front of him. He is currently the worlds champion, and currently the owner and CEO of Pride. I am talking about Kraze. This Sunday one on one. Me and him in the ring. The first man to make the other bleed is the winner! This aint no average wrestling match. This is a all out fight. This is man to man, face to face, tooth and nail knock down drag out good old fashion fist fight. Kraze may have been able to beat everyone so far. but now he has to deal with me! Mason Meadows The Real Deal, Kraze know's he wont be able to walk in and pin me like has has some of the others. No he will have to put everything he has out there! He will have to do whatever it takes. Because he know's deep down inside that I am the better man! Kraze know's he cant defeat me. He know's that the only reason he has that gold is because I was not here for the tournament! He know's that I can beat him. He is scared to death. He may be hiding it on the outside. But on the inside he is a wreck! He is not ready to put his gold on the line. He doesn't want to go through with this match. But he know's that if he doesn't he will come out worse in the end. Yea he may have been really smart so far. But now your in a corner. What are you going to do Kraze? Which plan are you going to use? See you dont know what the future hold's for you right now. you are not sure if you can handle all this pressure from the front office and from the ring. you may have been able to handle it so far. But you have everyone looking towards you. Half of the people are looking for direction, as to who to book where. What companies to advertise with. Half of them are wanting financial help in there pay checks. Some are looking for ring support from there leader. Then there are some like me. We are pressuring you. We are making sure you are ready. Kraze your plate is full. You know you cant handle all of this. The odd's are no longer in your favour! They are now in mine! I am the man who has the upper hand. Sure you may have your buddy Pace. But I have something you don't. I have NOTHING to lose..... You have everything to lose.....! I have EVERYTHING to gain..... You have NOTHING. Kraze I have your number. It's up, your time as the champ is over. I am going to get you.
Mason pauses for a moment in speaking. He look's into the camera at ringside. He then raises the microphone back towards his mouth.
Mason:Chris Pace, I have warned you. You and Kraze have some little plan up your sleeve where you come out and help him to make sure he win's. But you better listen to me and listen very carefully! Chris you better watch your back! I have something very special in store for you. You may think you can stop it but you cant. Because Pace you will NOT be able to help Kraze. Why? Because you wont be able to! That is simply that! I am not playing with you. Your little screw job finish in the Television battle royal is something you still haven't paid for yet! Don't think I have forgotten. Soon enough you will get what you deserve! you will feel the pain.... The agony, and the suffering. I may not be the one to give it to you. But you will get it. Pace, my advice is don't even try anything. Or else you will regret ever stepping into the Pride Pro Wrestling ring.....Your buddy Kraze know's that he cant beat me, he is going to beg you to help. but trust me. You dont need to. It will only make matter's worse for both of you. Kraze you are just going to have to deal with me yourself. You may say out loud that your not scared. that your not worried. that you can beat me. but think about it. Deep down inside of yourself. Are you really ready to tango with me? do you really belive those lie's you are pumping into yourself? It's ok to say you can do it. But if you cant do it and you try to make yourself think you can. Your going to make matters worse. Sunday night, live only on pay per view. First Blood! Main Event! The Worlds Champion Kraze defends his title against Mason Meadows. In a First Blood match! One man will leave in a bloody mess. The other will leave with his arm in the air, and the gold around his waist. Kraze do you really think your going to walk out with the belt? Your just a paper weight! You are not the man you think you are. Your nothing Kraze! you will fall at my feet in defeat. I will make you bleed! Why? Because it's exactly what you deserve! You deserve to have your ugly face smashed up! I will be the man to do that! I will make sure that you remember the night you went one on one with me. It will the night you lose your belt. the night you fall from the top of the mountain.......The night you lose your blood! Kraze what is more important. Looking good? Or being good? After Sunday night at first Blood. You will not be either. Why? Because I will end your reign as the best! I will take your spot as the number one wrestler in the company! Don't try to hide your fears! They show, don't try to make yourself avoid this situation, because you can't. Kraze your signed lock, stock and barrel! Your gold is on the line,.....And you blood is on the line. I will take both of them from you. I will reach out and grasp them both in my hand! I will then snag them both from you. I am not going to rest until I have you put in your place! That is at the bottom of the pile! I will be the NEW Worlds Heavyweight Champion! I will be the flag bearer for Pride. I am a leader! You are not. Kraze coming up Sunday the world will shake, the ring will be bouncing, The wall's will quake! I will roll all over you! Kraze Sunday night! You better kiss your gold goodbye. Because once that bell ring's you will never! Ever touch it again! I will be the new sheriff! I am the next worlds champion! Sunday night is almost here. Get ready to bleed!!!
Mason drop's his microphone. The crowd begin's to cheer. "Back in Black" by AC/DC play's. Mason step's out of the ring. He slap's a few hand's on his way back. He step's behind the curtains and the scene fades out.
