I was blessed with seeing many faces while I was at home from November 01 to January 02.
I had a dessert reunion for my "family" - a group who was a part of my parents' Bible study that I grew up with.

Of course, every Monday night was girls' night at the local coffee shop.
My good girlfriends - Joy, Mary, Amy, Holly, me, Genevra, Annette
I was also blessed with the presence of new friends. My teammates from the summer were able to spend a few days before Christmas with me. We got to go Multnomah Falls, as well as spend an evening watching Rance and Deanna at Comedy Sportz.

I also became good friends with people at Clear Creek Community Church, the majority being students at Multnomah Bible College - so I really enjoyed hanging out with them during the week on campus as well as at church on Sundays.
Friends - Marc Peter, Alana, Ahshuway, Garrett
One special blessing of my time at home was hanging out with my friend, Mo, who is from Kenya. I met him at George Fox University when Caleb Project has a table set up there. He is back at home now, but was a wonderful friend to hang out with during the holidays.

My time at home couldn't have been better without my annual visit with my 6th grade teacher, Mr. Botsford. It was so good to catch up with him as well as reminisce abou the past. At one point he stated that he wished he had a log of all of our conversations just to see how unique my life has become. It was just wonderful to know that for as much as life changes, I'll always be "Smiley" to him.

It was a wonderful blessing to have these two months to share with friends and family all that I have experienced.
