The element Earth. All the element sprites were made for Ice Shadow’s contest Couldn’t think of what to do for water… I think I should have had another colour for air… My fav. Sprite out of the elements I saw sprites on Ice Shadow's site and loved them so I've made my own It's easy to do backgrounds for sprites I couldn't resist doing a sprite with wings This makes my think of one of Ice Shadow's characters...I didn't mean it... Made for a friend's genie in the bottle contest and won but I've had trouble with the award so it's not up
This book cover had a girl in a lovely forestry dress. I used the dress’s shape but decided to go with a water theme. Had an idea, tried it out and this is what I got. It’s me! I even put my glasses on the sprite... I’m in a sprite mood at the moment. I started to make this for a pic inspired contest but the body wasn’t working out so I turned it into an AV for a forum. I was trying to do a patterned dress in the style that Solace does. I think she’s better at it. I was going to make this base but then I saw it at ILCK so I don’t think I will…
My dog, Lexie, if she was a Hogwarts student. She would be a prefect. My dog, Kira, if she was a Hogwarts student. She would be a seeker. It is so hard to find Hufflepuff pictures for reference; I ended up using Draco Malfoy as a reference. She’s got glasses because her eyes aren’t that good. Partially because she got a stick stuck in her eye once. Made for base edit contest but I was too late.

A poi dancer made for a contest. I have been meaning to doll a poi dancer for months (since I visited my dad in NZ). Site mascot, Caleo. Site mascot, Caleo. I generally don’t make animations but I decided to for a contest. It was a bit frustrating but I like the results. Made for Xandorra's Element contest. She's sulfur. The green bits are meant to be sulfur dioxide but that's a colourless gas so I used some artistic licensing.

I usually wouldn’t enter a Cleopatra contest (but I would enter an Egyptian one...) but my friend was running it so I made this. I don’t like to make nude dollz but that’s how it was in ancient Egypt so I tried to hide the details... Inspired by a book cover.

This is my character, Regan. She’s not in anything (because I can’t write) but she’s stuck in my head. I guess she’s more of a muse than a character. Since I have made this doll, Regan has transformed into something else so this is no longer accurate.

Made for a picture inspired contest.

Made for a Demon/Angel contest. For the entry I put a halo on the red head and horns on the blue head (but I took them off, I didn’t like them). I wanted to try something different because people usually go Demon=red, Angel=blue. So I swapped the eye colours, used the stereotypical colours for the hair and chose purple and yellow for the outfits which no-one else had used. I think it turned out well.

Base is by Pinkies but since I'm moving site soon, I can't be bothered putting it in the right place. This was made by a winter contest but I had forgotten that the rules said fantasy. I started this, did the hair and everything and then got stuck on the clothes. I left it for several months and then decided that I didn’t want to do it anymore but I still liked parts of the hair so I just rushed the clothes so now I’m done with it Made for a base edit contest but I seem to have lost the site... Made for Christmas, 2003. I wish that I remembered how to do that hair!

What happens when you get a 3 month holiday? I grabbed the pattern for my rug which I made (latch-hook kit) a few years back and turned it into a CG. I took ages to do this but I think it turned out well. Maybe I’ll try one of my cross-stitch patterns again... Made for a mask contest An unhappy penguin. Was made as part of a contest.
