"My client wanted a light and airy feeling house in Florida for relaxation after retirement. To allow for her 3 sons,
daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren to visit this 2.5 bath ranch style house, I accomodated to specific client requests such as a main guest room, children's room, private guest bath, and additional office-turn guest room. Also incorprated into this very symmetrical plan are an open great room and kitchen,lanai with grill, pantry, and laundry room"
Efficiency Apartment, 2006
Architectural hand drafting on vellum with various coverings, furniture and textile selections
"This efficiency apartment was a pre-determined size, but the textiles and finishes
have been selected for the male client, in his mid-twenties. The client found comfort
in an interior with natural colors and textures. The inspiration piece was Asian elephant fabric,
incorporating various browns and greens, accented with subtle hints of red"
