People with hotmail email accounts do not seem to be receiving list
messages.
If a user with a hotmail account uses bulk mail filtering on their account, then
it is possible that emails sent from the list will end up in their junk mail
folder. This can be prevented by:
The user should open an email from the list that has been designated to the junk
mail folder. They should then click on 'This is not Junk Mail', upon which they
will be presented with two options. They should select 'This message is from a
mailing list I belong to' and click next. Any future emails from that list will
be sent to the user's Inbox.
