RE Capt/Sgt/Major/Colonel/Warden A. C. CLARK "Getting back to the allocation of funds, it's kind of funny that a Capt. Clark can have the gates shut on him, moved to a different CI, busted down to a Sgt. then out of nowhere show up at FSP as Major.  Then not even serve out his probationary period before making Colonel.  We all knew that was going to happen.  Now he's Warden at NRCI getting revenge on everyone that talked to the IG during the investigation of the missing Employee money.  And yes, we also know that Kenny Lampp) was in on it also.  .  It makes me sick to think of everything illegal that goes on behind the fences.  Oh, yeah what about the wet bar that was built in AC Clark's house with inmate labor, especially inmates whose custody level would not allow them out side of the gates.  As I always said, there is a fine line between brown and blue.  I'm glad I got out when I did." The FDOC Wall of Silence is definitely cracking. Crosby and Clark's hauteur is slipping. I'm getting swamped with calls from FDOC personnel who want to see the cleanup.  I'm putting all that I can at this time on Clark's page at https://www.angelfire.com/oz/today/acclark.html and Crosby's page at https://www.angelfire.com/oz/today/jamescrosby.html

One contact described a meeting held in Crosby's office where Crosby turned a brown paper wrapped bundle of files (believed to be Mr. Clark's records) over to Lou Vargas, Gen Council. Many believe that Crosby is going to go for Clark's throat to save himself, although they've both been in this mess together for years.

Clark has hired Attorney Dobson of the Dobson and Boge Law Firm, who apparently specializes in high profile cases with plea agreements.  I will be watching for Rico proceedings against many FDOC personnel.

NOTE: Before AC Clark resigned under questionable circumstances(August 2005), no one commented on or questioned any of the material I was given about Mr. Clark, primarily submitted by officers in his command. Since his retirement days ago however, everyone appears to be very reluctant to be connected with him in anyway.

As I state often on this site, I always invite the other side of any story. My email, phone number and address are available to all in order to make rebutal easy for the reader.

Therefore, although most of the AC Clark information came from those who work with the man or who are related to people who work with him, if you'd like to dispute any of the information provided about him (or any other topic on MTWT), contact me and I will be happy to print your rebuttal. These AC Clark pages clearly show the man should have been fired a long time ago, but we know how that goes.  At least he has been asked to resign.  We'll see if he ever pays for any of his crimes.  By the way, nearly all the information on the Allen Clark and James Crosby pages was submitted by employees of the Florida Department of 'Corrections'.

Friday, March 04, 2005: "A lot happened in DC this week. Much "chatter" went on inside the fences of DC and most of what was said was true. Ocsar Shipley was escorted out of RMC in handcuffs and yelling at the top of his lungs "Tell your "man" (referring to AC Clark) that I am NOT going down alone."  Quite the dramatic exit for a CO Sergeant.

"Staff has been waiting for this to come to a "head" they just did not know who was going to take the hit for the Big Boys. Well, this week we know who was set up to be blammed for Management, again. See, even though these people are guilty as sin, its the Big Guys that we need to bust.  Hopefully, some sort of "deal" will be cut if they talk. But, as we know, politics will get in the way of arresting who is really responsible for the Steriod problem.  Maybe not, but more than likely."
