Reservations of Gold [1.1]: Goldar and Scorpina attack Gyptar and leave the city in ruins. Triden is left alone and is now responsible for the gold ranger power, even though he doesn't feel ready. He goes to Earth and meets some new friends in Angel Grove.
Son of a Witch! [1.2]: Rita calls on Lokar to ressurect her dead son. She also has the warrior Attackra lead an assault on Angel Grove. Triden and Teslee befriend Kel a new kid in town.
Forever Evil-Part 1 [1.3]: Rita turns Tom evil again and has him become the evil green ranger. She also puts a spell on Trent, Ryan, Merick, Hunter, and Blake and has them team up with Tom. Tommy informs Triden of the Triforce which contains a power that can help them defeat the evil rangers.
