i guess some of you would be interested in knowing my favorite moffatt, so to satisfy those of you who are curious, i love all the guys, and they each have their own special qualities. however, i would have to say that bob and scott are my favs, then clint, then dave.
other info you might wanna know:
as you can see from my vast variations of music groups and singers, i'm verry music oriented. my philosophy is: music is life. without music, i don't think i'd have any way to express myself. i like music varying from hardcore to country. and, i love punk and alternative music. i love singing, and for some reason, it always cheers me up. i have experimented with playing the guitar and the drums, and my latest instrumental interest is the bass guitar, which i am working on learning now. i think i might actually stick with this one! :) i am also in the process of starting a band with my sister *hilary* and my best friend *val*. we are planning to play grunge/alternative music along the lines of nirvana, silverchair, and hole, and as of right now, the name of our band is skot.
aside from music, my first real passions lie in acting and writing. nothing brings me greater joy than being on stage, performing for thousands of people, knowing that i helped contribute to that smile on their face or those tears in their eyes and that i helped trigger an emotional response. in high school, i was a member of the casts of the musicals, joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat, fiddler on the roof, and children of eden. i have also been in a production of grease and have acted in other plays. someday, i hope to be a great actress, like drew barrymore, who is my all-time favorite actress and role model.
as far as writing, it is my one true form of expression and an outlet for my most complex emotions. there is no way to put into words the feeling that i get from writing. it's amazing, and i am thankful that i have been blessed me with the talent to excel at it.
when i return to school in august, i will be a college sophomore at shippensburg university, and i can not believe i made it through my first year. only 3 more to go.... i hope! lol i am a secondary education/english major *for now*, and i am hoping to be a theater minor by next semester. i am not currently involved in any clubs or activities, but that will soon change as i am looking into joining a theatre group in the fall.
