Moshannon Valley C.O.P.S. was formed in 1998 by Patrolman Bloom, Chief Killion and Chief McGowan in an effort to increase educational and safety programs to benefit the communities they serve.
Children throughout the Moshannon Valley are encouraged to contact the law enforcement officals listed above in order to participate in the trading card program. In addition to meeting the area law enforcement officers, the children have several chances to win prizes that have been donated by area businesses. The top two prizes being new bicycles.
