Foster Day was taken in 1886 in McLennan Co., TX. Benjamin was born in 1844
in Lowndes Co., AL. He was the son of Simon & Sophia Boddie Day
(both born in Edgefield Co., SC).
Siblings were: James Madison (married Elizabeth Hobbs),
Wiley,
Thomas,
Elizabeth Jane (married Sam Houston Hager) and
Martha.
Benjamin married in Trinity Co., Texas in 1865. He is buried in Comanche Co., TX
