just type in your zip code or go to the states that have the land records on
file, you do a search by name, example Day in Ohio follow the path and
download the deed file in tiff format and open it in your picture program
that will open tiff files and you can print it out and if you want order a
copy nice copy from the gov. I did on my grandfather's land, but you can
print out the same on your puter much cheeper, and if you have the nice
parcharment paper to print on it looks just like the one you order.
