William Day, b.Nov.1810 in Parish of St. George Boro' County of Surrey, England. He enlisted at London for the 77th Regiment of Rifles on 21 Jan. 1831. He was 20 yrs.and 2 mo.old at that time. Married to Ellen KENNEDY 27 Jun 1851. They had 7 children and he died 30 Jun 1887 in Canada. Thomas John DAY, son of William, b.20 Mar. 1855 in Ontario, Canada.Married to Caroline MURRELL the 8th of Aug. 1887 in Buffalo, Erie Co., NY. He died 21 Feb 1925 in Canada. Hannah Lorraine DAY , daughter of Thomas DAY ,b. 21 May 1896 in St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada and Married Albert SMALLMAN 4 Oct, 1917. She died 22Sep 1956 in Ellicottville, Cattataugus Co, NY. Lemuel James SMALLMAN, son of Hannah and Albert b. 8 Jan 1927 in Ellicottville, NY He marrried Beverly WALDRON 18 Oct. 1950 in Salamanca, NY. We have 5 children..
