In the mane of God Amen, this first day of June one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine I Abraham Listone being weak in body but in perfect mind and memory, thanks to God, now calling to mind thou Mortality of my Body and knowing it being appointed for all men issure to die. First of all I give and recommense my soul into the hands of the almighty God that gives it and my Body I recommends to the earth so be buried at the discresition of my wife and family and as touching such worldly estate wherein it is it hast Pleased Got to bless me with I give demise and dispose of in the following manner I allow that all my Just debts be paid. Next I allow unto my well beloved Wife Christena all my household furniture and all my cows and horses and all my moveable estate and the benefits of all my lands untill my son Crixson arrives to the years of twenty one and which time he is to have the lands as his own property and to pay to his Mother Christena a twenty bushels of wheat and one hundred ______ of _____ _____ and ____ one half acre of Flax each year and keep one milk cow for her during her lifetime. and pay to George Listone the sum of five shilings and pay to Abraham Listone the sume of five shillings and to Isaac Lighstone the sum of five shillings and to Jacob Ligstone the sume of five shillings and to pay to John Ligstone the sume of forty shillings and to pay to Mary Ligstone the sum of forty shillings and to sap to Catrin Listone the sum of forty shillings and to pay tunto Christena Lystone the sum of forty shillings and to pay unto Peter Lystone the sum of forty shillings and to pay unto Henry Lystone the sume of forty shillings and to pay Elizabeth Lystone the sum of forty shillings and to pay Barbara Lystone the sume of forty shillings and to pay unto Susannah Lighston the sum of forty shillings and to pay unto MariahLighstone the sum of forty shillings and I do hereby make and ordain this my last will and testament and do revoke all other wills legacies and bequeaths ments whatever In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this day and year first above written Abraham Blyston seal

In the Name of God Amen I Peter Blystone of Mount Pleasent township Westmoreland County and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory and bearing in mind that I am born to die Do make ordain and declare this instrument of writing to be my last will and testament, Revoking all others; Imprimuis my Funeral Expensesces and all other just debts of which there are but few and none of any Magnitude are punctually paid by my herein after Named Executor and all my personal property and the proceeds of my Real property, I allow- any herin after named Executors to hold for the purpose of raising my children eight in number, to wit Abraham, Gorge, Sarah, Peter, Eve, Christenah, Polly & Isaac, until the youngest shall arrive to the age of twenty one years at which time I allow my beloved wife Catharena Blystone to be amply supported by my before mentioned eight children or the survivors of them during her natural life, but if she should at any time after my decease marry another I allow her imonidiately after her Marriage to receive her Bed and bed furniture her own wearing apparel and one milek Cow and no more, And as soon as the youngest of my children that is living shall arrive to the age of twenty one years I allow an equal divide to be made between Abraham Blystone, George Blystone, Christion Blystone, Polly Blystone Sarah Blystone, Peter Blystone, Eva Blystone and Isaac Blystone Between themselves but if they cannot agree in Making thedivide of Real and personal estate I allow them to choose three disinterested freeholders to divide all my real and personal property into eight equal shares whose judgement shall be final and conclusive If each of my eight before mentioned children shall received their equal part as divided by the three men, but if any of the before mentioned children should die before they arrive to the age of twenty one years or before they should have lawful spouse, then the before mentiond real and personal property to be divided in to mays shares as there is of said children living, and each to draw their equal part Lastly I make constitute and appoint my true and loving wife Catharenah Blystone and my trusty friend Nathaniel Hurst, the Executors of this my last will and testament In testimony as in witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourteenith day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four 14th June 1824 Peter Blystone

I Anne Blyston of Mount pleasant township Westmoreland county do make and publish this my last will and Testament bereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made and first I direct that my body be decently interred and as to such worldly estate as it has pleased Got to entrust me with I despose of as follows: First I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as possible; I bequeath my land to my four children John Blystone, Henry Blystone, and my daughters Sophia Blystone intermarried to Elijah Cole and Levina Blystone share and share alike and my household furniture personal property I bequeath as follows; First I give and bequath to my daughter Levina two bedsteads two beds and bedding one quilt and two new coverlets one clock my drefser ware one table the chares that is in the house the pots and Iron kettle the loom and gears mys sheep one cow and heifer and the remainder I give to my other three children share and share alike and if my Executrix does get what I have coming to me from my parents estate I direct her to get the patent for the land with it and such expenses as may attend the getting of it and if there is a ballance remaining at wish it of be divided share and share alike - And I do here by make and ordain my seteemed daughter Levina Executrix of this my last will and Testament: In witmefs where of I Anna Blystone the Testator have to this my will set my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven

In the Name of God Amen I Abraham Blystone of East Huntingdon Township in the County of Westmoreland & State of Pennsylvania Being piche & In a low state of health but of sound Mind & Memory do ordain & dupute this My Last will & Tesitment first It is My will & desire that My Body Be Buried in a decent Christiam like Maner and My honest debts Paid and the Ballence of My Estate Both Real & Personal I give & bequeath to My dearly Belovd WifeCatharine Blistone to do with as she should Thinke Propper & & I do hereby Nominat Court ?ual & appoint the said Catharine Blystonee the Exectraue of this My last will and Testemeny or any Person or Persons that she May appoint in her Ruin or stedd & I also desire and Bequeath to My son John P. H Blyston is to get A Coul? as My sons Jacob got or at least as good Giving under My hand & this thirtuth day 30th of August 1852 this 30th of August 1852.

Know all men by these presences that I Catharine Blystone of East Huntingdon Township Westmoreland County State of Pennsylvania being sick weak in Body but of Sound mind & memory do ordain constitute this My last will & Testament first I Commit my sole to God who gave it to My Body to the Ears to be Buried in a decent Christian like Mannor at the discretion of my Executor herein Mentioned It is My will & devine that My honest debts & doctor Bill be fully pain and to what worldy estate I May be posessed of I dispose in the following Mannor It is My will that the place and all My personal Property be sold imedately after My death & to be Equaly devided among My three children Namely Catharine Blystone Jacob P. Blystone & Elizabeth intermarried with Henry C Dunstone It is further My will that My daughter Elizabeth to have possesion of the house for one year after My death & I also give her My cach & cpooer Teakettle & my Swing chair I do hereby constitute & appoint Samuel Honner the Executor of this my Last will & Testament in Testimony whereof I have hereunt set my hand & seal this 23rd of March 1864

Know all men by these presents I Henry Blystone of Mount pleasant Township in the county of Westmoreland and state of Penna/ Being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my Last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made and as to y worldly Estate and all the property Real personal or mixed of wish I shall die siezed and personalor to wish I shall be entitled at the time of my decease bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner forecoming to wish.
