Knight in Shining Armor
You rode in on your white horse,
Dressed up in your shining armor,
Carrying your sword in hand.
I had armor of my own,
And moats built around my castle,
And carefully constructed walls of brick.
Did this deter you in your quest?
Cause you to turn around?
No, you continued on,
Swam the moat,
Loosened the mortar between the bricks,
Caused my walls to come crashing to the ground,
Stripped me of my armor.
And there I stood,
Defenseless before you
Scared and trembling.
And I ask you now,
Were you my knight in shining armor?
Or just another wolf in sheeps clothing?
