My Most Recent Bowie Dream:

I find out that Bowie will be performing near my house. I fail to get tickets, but somehow I sneak into the place (a common theme in my Bowie dreams). It looks a *lot* like a mall- spacious and rectangular, with white tiles and walls and that faux-marble flooring. All I have with me is my backpack. I make my way to the upper level of the mall and end up next to a circular cutaway in the floor, which has a railing around it. There is a chandelier that reaches from the ceiling above my head to the floor of the lower level. The chandelier is made partly of glass and gold-colored metal, with curved plastic bars in bright blue and red around the outside. It looks like a cross between a proper chandelier and the monkey bars I used to play on as a kid. I am standing at the edge of the cutaway, leaning over the railing to catch a glimpse of Bowie, along with a couple other girls who are there to see him.

All of a sudden Bowie appears on the lower level floor, wearing the Union Jacket. He looks up those of us clustered around the railing and grins, then starts to climb the chandelier. He climbs almost to the railing, then beckons to me, waving his hand in a "come here" gesture. I am completely bewildered. He reaches for my backpack and I hand it to him. He lets it fall to the floor below him, then starts waving to me again. I climb over the railing and then I leap onto the monkey bars. Bowie is a couple feet below me, smiling and looking absolutely delighted that I've joined him. I start to climb down...   ...and then I wake up when my sister drops a frying pan in the kitchen below my room, damn her.
