Yvianne's Scroll Information Page
This page should help you in your search for correct information to write on scrolls. You will find links to scroll wordings and articles on how to write original ones.
You will also find links to places where you can search for information specific to individual recipients ... correct spelling of their name, heraldic blazon (and occasionally emblazon), etc.

Recipient Specific Information
Not sure where to start? Try the article "How to double check assignment information" in the June 2003 issue of Pigments of Your Imagination.
A search for the recipient's name at Google or Yahoo may give you all the information you need ... or nothing at all.
If you know the recipient's home group the roster of Groups in AEthelmearc may be a useful starting point. This page will also give you the correct spelling of groups like Rhydderich Hael and Abhainn Ciach Ghlais.
You can do a name pattern search here to find out if the recipient's name or heraldry is registered.
Information on what has been submitted through the AEthelmearc College of Heralds is online here ... but do not use the heraldry unless you are certain it has been accepted at Laurel and is fully registered.
Confusing heraldic terms? Try
A heraldic glossary and atlas or Google
The AEthelmearc Order of Precedence can tell you what awards a recipient already has.
Badges of the Orders of AEthelmearc.
Need information on the particular event the scroll is going out? Try Events in AEthelmearc page It is also a good idea to look at a regular calendar and confirm that the date is a Saturday, typos happen.
