1 John!

1:1For those who have not as of yet learned the truth and have not come to realize that the AntiCrust is alive within all men, 1:2I shall relate to all, those of the Crust and those sans crust, the parable of the AntiCrust on the road to Damascus.

Chapter 2!

2:1The AntiCrust was but of an age of not more than 28 and yet not less than 26, He was awaken from a deep restful sleep by a vision, 2:2a vision that was like no other that the AntiCrust had ever had before which is why the deep restful sleep of the AntiCrust was so disturbed by the vision that the deep restful sleep quickly came to an end in a cold sweat awakening. 2:3Awaken is what the AntiCrust had done for He now knew what He must do to right the wrongs of this world and to make the world a groovier place than it had been before He had awakened in a cold sweat.

2:4The vision had shown Him the way and that way was to Damascus. 2:5The vision foretold of many dangers and perils, 2:6of the untold joys and pleasures, 2:7of the soul shattering heartaches and sorrows. 2:8The AntiCrust, cold and sweaty, knew He must journey forth into the unknown to bring the Truth to the masses and to fulfill the prophecy of which the vision had foretold.

2:9"Mother dear, I am off to Damascus. 2:10I have had a vision and in this vision I spread the Truth to the masses as I venture off to a faraway land wherein lays the mystical city of Damascus where I shall reveal My true nature 2:11and all the world will know Me for what I am and will sing the praises of My name," the AntiCrust said as he was packing supplies for His journey.

2:12"Don't forget to pack a change of underwear," was all His mother had to offer in the way of support moral or otherwise.

2:13"Aaaahhh, mom," the AntiCrust said in an I'm-no-longer-a-child fashion and added, "Off I am to spread the Truth for the vision hath told Me to do so. 2:14Alas, mother, I shall miss thee greatly."

2:15"Have fun but please stop speaking in that phony Middle English for folks find it hard to understand and they'll think that you're uppity and won't respect you for doing so," said His mother as she turned to realize that he had already left and may not have heard her entire words of wisdom.

Chapter 3!

3:1And the AntiCrust went off to tell the Truth and lead people on the path to righteousness and salvation. 3:2Off He went to fulfill the prophecies that had been shown Him in His vision. 3:3Off He went to face the trials and tribulations that the path held for Him. 3:4Off He went to experience all the strange and different sights and sounds that the path had in store for Him. 3:5Off He went to meet and influence friends and enemies alike. 3:6But most importantly, off He went to get out of the house for a while.

3:7The AntiCrust came unto a crossroad and stood not knowing where to turn. 3:8The vision had not foretold of such a place and a sign was what He needed. 3:9A roadmap to Nirvana would have been nice but a place unto which to purchase it wasn't to be expected in the middle of nowhere 3:10and for that matter, the AntiCrust had no financial means for which to purchase such a roadmap. 3:11And standing at the Crossroads of Life is what the AntiCrust did.

3:12He stood and he waited and waited and stood and still the way wasn't revealed unto Him. 3:13The first few hours went by without any trouble for the AntiCrust and the remainder of the first day went by rather quickly. 3:14The first day soon begat the second day and the second day begat the third 3:15and upon the third day, a crowd began to gather and all just stood at the Crossroads of Life waiting for a sign. 3:16The AntiCrust, knowing that three is the magic number, took the gathering to be a good omen. 3:17And all who had gathered stood and waited as the days turned to weeks.

3:18And upon the twenty-seventh day, the AntiCrust sat upon the ground and motioned for all who had gathered and numbered thirty-three in all to move closer and to be seated. 3:19And all did thusly. And the AntiCrust began to speak to the multitude who were all now seated at the Crossroads of Life and began to speak starting at but a mere whisper 3:20having not spoken since saying good-bye to His mother and increasing in volume as His vocal cords once again became accustomed to speaking, said, "I, the AntiCrust, have decided to let My voice be heard through the vast wasteland of this world 3:21and although My message may not be heard at the present time maybe one day it will be "discovered" much as the Dead Sea Scrolls 3:22and it will be heard 3:23and it will be understood 3:24and if it is heard by one individual and the affect is a positive one then My work will not have been in vein.

3:25"For some time now I have felt that My calling has been to make this world a better place for all to live and enjoy 3:26and the journey I have been on has at times lead Me astray but I have always returned to My chosen path somewhat wiser and more determined to fulfill My calling.

3:27"So I shall let My voice be heard in the wilderness so that all may see and hear 3:28and for this I, the AntiCrust, shall devote My life time spreading the Word in a series of sermons.

3:29"And this journey shall be the vehicle in which I shall do so...

3:30"So it shall be."

Chapter 4!

4:1And having said this, the AntiCrust arose and the multitude arose with Him 4:2and He began to walk straight through the Crossroads of Life neither turning to the left nor to the right but straight was the direction of choice 4:3and choose He did for He knew that this was the way in which the vision had intended Him to go. 4:4And the multitude arose and walked straight with Him neither turning to the left nor to the right for they too had come to realize that straight through the Crossroads of Life was the way to go.

4:5And walk they did, many miles and miles on the path to the Truth through the burning hot days of summer, through the rain, through the bitter cold of night, they walked. 4:6And walk they did for a score and seven days when they came unto a fork in the road and a choice had to made yet again, 4:7a choice that would prove which was the lesser of two evils, the Road Less Traveled or the Well Worn Path, 4:8to take the easy way out or to struggle through adversity. 4:9And the AntiCrust stopped dead in His tracks and thought.

4:10And thought He did for that is what He did best. 4:11This too had not been foretold of in the vision so the direction of choice had to be the correct choice for the future of all that was to be held sacred depended upon it. 4:12And much thought was put into the choice and the multitude waited patiently for they knew that this could be a long process. 4:13The AntiCrust thought and the multitude waited through the remainder of the day and into the night, 4:14through the following day and through the following night and thinking and waiting was done by all.

4:15Three weeks, twenty-one days had passed when the AntiCrust scratched His head and cleared His throat and motioned for the patient multitude to come closer. 4:16And the multitude knew that a decision had been made and in their hearts there was much rejoicing. 4:17The AntiCrust pointed unto the Road Less Traveled and said, "Salvation isn't obtainable by those who do not want to be saved. 4:18A lifetime may be required to right the wrongs within our souls and once the wrongs have been corrected 4:19then and only then can true salvation be obtain but there are hidden costs to pay for which little is spoken of, 4:20one must right the wrongs that follow to stay upon the path of salvation. 4:21Reaching salvation isn't a dead end street but rather it is a never-ending journey. 4:22In order to reach salvation, one must first save one's self.

4:23"Free yourself from the burden of wrongfulness, 4:24make right want you know to be wrong, 4:25pay the price for your injustices, 4:26remove the weight of intolerance which pushes your soul lower and lower into the depths, 4:27stay upon the path of truth and if you stumble from the path or find yourself lost, 4:28make every effort to correct your course and return to your true path.

4:29"This world is full of those who have fallen from the path and lay there crying out in vain, 'Help me!' and no one does. 4:30Salvation is not nor ever has been for the lazy, 4:31salvation is only for those who with every conscious action are striving to stay upon the path.

4:32"There are no quick fixes or easy ways out. 4:33You must be willing to work for it, 4:34salvation will not be achieved through dumb luck or throwing money at it. 4:35It is that simple yet so hard and every day that I spend on this world, I prove myself correct, 4:36every road block must be detoured and all wrongs must be made right."

Chapter 5!

5:1The choice had been made and the Road Less Traveled was to be the way to the Truth. 5:2And the AntiCrust and the multitude set off upon the Road Less Traveled. 5:3And they walked and they walked for days upon days through many strange lands and encountered many curious onlookers who could only guess as to the reasons why such a group would be traveling through their lands when such groups would surely take the Well Worn Path. 5:4But this was different, this group consisted of all those who could actually make a difference in this world and quite possibly the next. 5:5They were a group of strangers who had by chance met and had bonded for reasons of which only those who placed visions in the dreams of mere mortals know. 5:6All the group knew was that they were meant to be together on this journey and forever linked with an unforetold common goal of which only the AntiCrust had but a glimpse of in His vision.

5:7And walk they did for the road was long and the struggle to reach the end was difficult and tried the very souls of the group but onward they traveled. 5:8Deeper and deeper into the unknown lands of the desert wilderness, the multitude walked for they knew that is what they must do though only one knew the reason why it must be so.

5:9Until one day when they saw the walls of a city off in the distance whereupon the AntiCrust stopped and stood lost deep in thought and the multitude that this was a sign that their world was about to change once again 5:10and from past experience they knew this to be a good thing and all stopped and stood with the AntiCrust. 5:11And stand they did.

5:12And so they gazed upon the city walls and gazed and stood within sight of the city walls. 5:13The AntiCrust and the multitude stood and waited for the sign they all knew would surely come. 5:14Seconds begat minutes and minutes begat hours and hours begat days and days begat weeks and weeks begat months and upon the eighty-first day of the Great Wait, 5:15the AntiCrust pointed towards the city walls and cleared His throat beforehand for the He knew that during the many days of the Great Wait, His throat may need time to recover 5:16and He said unto the multitude, "The world is a very scary place whereupon live many scary people but this shall not deter us in befriending them. 5:17We shall embrace all as our brethren and shall call them friend. Their differences shall not cause us to look away nor turn our backs upon them. 5:18We are all created of one seed and though we may be on an entirely different branch than those around us, 5:19we still share the same roots that run deep into the very soil of this planet. 5:20For this reason, all men should be treated as what they really are, our kin."

Chapter 6!

6:1And the AntiCrust began to walk and with Him so did the multitude towards the city walls. 6:2And the walls drew closer and closer and yet they were still at a distance 6:3but not at a distance so great as to not be seen 6:4and yet not so near as to be within the reach of an outstretched arm. 6:5And walk they did for walking is the second best thing they did besides thinking 6:6and for that matter it was the third best thing they did besides thinking and standing. 6:7And still they walked.

6:8For days upon days they walked and the days turned to weeks and upon the fortieth day in the wilderness, 6:9they reached the city walls whereupon the AntiCrust stopped and stood as if he was a statue. 6:10And the multitude stopped and stood 6:11and those traveling to and from the city stopped and stood and gazed upon the AntiCrust and the multitude wondering as to what exactly this group of strangers was doing outside the walls of the city standing there as if deep in thought. 6:12And the crowd grew in number and the multitude soon multiplied 6:13and soon numbered some nine hundred and all stood and gazed upon the city walls as if deep in thought.

6:14And all stood and gazed upon the city walls and so thought the Nine Hundred and in the shadow of the city walls did they stare. 6:15And the walls showed no signs of being impressed by this display for they had seen it all before even though this display seemed to be somewhat different in its purpose and conviction. 6:16And the passers-by who would not join the Nine Hundred wondered as to what this multitude was going to do next but the Nine Hundred remained silent. 6:17And the beasts of the field and the birds of the air wondered and went about their business. 6:18And Ra doth shine upon the Nine Hundred and He too wondered. 6:19And the Gods of the Heaven all smiled upon the Nine Hundred and They too wondered for only the God of Gods doth know the purpose of this wait and He too doth smile and shine upon the Nine Hundred for He doth know the purpose and He doth show the AntiCrust the way.

6:20And days faded into weeks and the Nine Hundred waited for the sign. 6:21Patiently they all waited until the days numbered some forty-three and the AntiCrust walked though the gates of the city. 6:22And the Nine Hundred expecting words were taken at first by surprise but then realized that this was the way it must be. 6:23And the AntiCrust waited inside the gates of the city until all who numbered nine hundred had entered the city. 6:24And the AntiCrust stood and cleared His throat for it was time to deliver the message to the Nine Hundred. 6:25And unto the Nine Hundred the AntiCrust said, "From this mystical city We will deliver Our message unto this world 6:26and unto the people who hear the Word, We shall offer hope for this world and for the survival of mankind. 6:27We shall teach the Truth and this city shall be our portal. 6:28We shall teach the world of tolerance, tolerance of ours. 6:29We are all different yet of the same tree and this common bond is what We shall teach. 6:30Get along with thy neighbor shall be our message."

Chapter 7!

7:1The AntiCrust and the Nine Hundred spent their days teaching the world the Word and had many adventures and new experiences 7:2but since this parable is of the AntiCrust on the road to Damascus, I shall end the tale here 7:3and for all who happen to read this work, I can only hope that you shall carry with you a little bit of the Word for all the days of your life.
