Week of May 20^th

On the day after I sent last weeks Flavour, upon reading my Technical Horoscope which I read ever day, I read the following:

"You are impatient and in too much of a hurry. The new economy is slowing down and so should you before you ruin your relationships with others. Don't react too emotionally to glitches and system failures. These are inevitable byproducts of your environment. You tend to forget this and cause yourself undue mental anguish."

hhhhhhhhmmmmmmm, good point, Mr. Technical Horoscope...

Seems as if I may have become a real bummer lately...

A burden to society...

A loser...

And sorry for this being so late but I wanted to add a bit to it about the cut backs at work. Approximately 8% of the workforce where I'm employed got the sack as a cost saving measure although most were not of the lowered paid class, can't get rid of management can we? But that's not really what I wanted to talk about but it sets the stage. In the aftermath, my supervisor approached me and asked my opinion of things, I told him and in the conversation that followed he told me I was far too antagonistic and sarcastic in the same sentence...

I am most honoured for him thinking so highly of me...

But of course he was the one who also told me during my proformance review that I was too combative with members of management before giving me the largest percentage rate raise (rise) in my life...

Funny how life works...

Turned up his collar to the cold...

And waited, waited for a sign...
