Well, I don't know...

I had stuff to type but at the moment I seem to have forgotten what that stuff was to be typed here in this thang...

Kinda funny though that the "leadership team" here at the big house wants us poor peons to decide if and how many of our fellow peons we want to have removed from the list of active employees...

Makes me wish I were part of the "leadership" team...

Management 101 according to the Great Celestrial Whatnot:

Numero uno golden rule:

Empower your employees so that they can make all of the decisions and when the decisions turn out to be wrong, you may say to the folks at corporate, "Hey, that's what the plebes wanted so I gave it 'em..."

And if by a freak of nature, the decision turns out to be a good one, you shall receive full credit thereby moving you one rung up the corporate, Amen...

Numero dos golden rule:

All rules other than Numero Uno shall be place before a committee where untold hours shall be wasted debating their merits...

Now go unto the world with this knowledge and aspire to the lofty heights of middle management, my children...
