Rain is null to fish--
It is meaningless.
But, the rain
That has been falling
For me
Signals desperation and despair.
I am a hull--
An empty hulk--
Broken and alone
Sunk on the bottom
Of the Sea of Shattered Dreams.
I do have a purpose
That is meaningless
To man
But, crystal clear
To the fish.
