The potential storm this past weekend passed harmlessly out to sea affecting areas in the southern Mid-Atlantic only. There are no major storms for our area on the horizon for the next several days. The only wintry weather we will have to deal with will be unseasonably cold temperatures. Currently, an Arctic cold front is plowing through the region accompanied with gusty winds out of the west and a few sprinkles or snow flurries. Temperatures today topped out in the upper 40's for our area, but the high temperature tomorrow and Thursday will struggle to reach the mid 30's. Temps will begin to rebound by Friday to near normal, and by early next week, temperatures at this point look to be above normal. So, bundle up the next couple of days as it will be unseasonably cold.
