Our potential snowmaker for Thursday night into Friday morning seems to be disappearing quickly. The majority of the 0Z models redevelop a weak low pressure area off the coast, but too far north to really affect us. Of course parts of SE New England are not out of the woods, as this area of low pressure should intensify rather rapidly. But for us, Thursday will feature increasing cloudiness during the day with the high in the mid 30s. Thursday night will be cloudy with a chance of flurries or a brief period of light snow. Little or no accumulation is expected. Friday will feature a chance of a flurry early, then clearing in the afternoon. Highs will be in the low to mid 30s. Saturday will be mostly sunny with the high in the low 30s. Sunday will be partly cloudy with a chance of a flurry. High Sunday in the lower 30s. Christmas Day will be partly cloudy and cold with the high around 30. If there are any changes with Thursday night's weather, there will be an update around noon. If not, it looks like a cold, dry pattern we are settling into next week, probably the coldest air of the season thus far. Enjoy your day!
