What looked to be a fairly quiet week will remain that way for the most part. After Monday's bitter cold, the temps will start to rebound later today in the form of a warm (so-to-speak)boundary arroaching from the South and West later tonight. With the front will bring so Warm Air Advection type snows, which should be relatively light in nature, however as surface low pressure forms in the Tennessee Valley, it will be sheared and scoot East and out to sea. Some areas in the Middle Atlantic may see a few inches of snow out of this, but I expect accumulations, if any, to be very light for our area. The is a chance also the temps aloft warm, yet the ground temps stay below freezing, hence ice. Will stick with all snow for now. More later today.
