A cold night is on tap for the Delaware Valley tonight with lows around 20. Temperatures will rebound on Monday getting into the lower 40s with increasing clouds as the day progresses. Tuesday will be even milder with highs near 50 under partly cloudy skies. Clouds increase once again on Wednesday as an Arctic front barrels through. Rain is likey during the day, possible ending as a period of snow showers or flurries in the afternoon. Highs around 45 with dropping temps during the afternoon. Thursday will be partly sunny and cold with the high in the mid 30s. A storm system may try to develop in the South late in the week and attempt to head up-the-coast. Right now, it is a toss-up whether something develops or not. I'm leaning towards development of a coastal low due to the fact that the models that actually have the storm have been quite reliable with these types of systems throughout the winter. Cloudy Friday with the chance for snow. Highs around 35. All in all, a fairly quiet week, typical mid February weather. Take care.
