Just a brief discussion this afternoon in regards to potential wintry weather later this week. Chance of snow showers or flurries Wednesday afternoon/evening into Thursday. No accumulation expected, although parts of Southern DE could see a coating to a half inch of snow. High Wed. and Thurs. around freezing.

Potentially wetter system to enter the region later Thursday with snow developing by nightfall. Right now, all guidance is supressing the moisture just to our South, but with trend being to bring moisture farther North as the systems approach this year, I am going against most guidance at this point an going with accumulating snows for the area Thursday night into Friday. Snowfall could be significant. More details tonight and Wednesday. High on Friday in the mid 30s. Take care!
