A period of moderate to heavy snowfall is expected this AM before beginning to change over to a mix of snow, sleet, and rain by midday. Accumulations of an inch are possible on grasy surfaces. Temperatures will remain in the low to mid 30s for the day. Not a major storm, but snowfall rates will be heavy for a period before noon.
