Biography: Stevens dons a patriotic costume and battles the Nazis with
his youthful sidekick Rusty, whose outfit was identical to Bucky's.
Comment: The patriotic duo was featured on the cover and in the lead
slot
of the opening issue, but in only four subsequent issues of U.S.A.
Comics.
