Byzantine Polystavrion Background
With the above background, on your pages you'll need to use a table to keep the text centered so that it doesn't run over into the border. To do this, just use the following tags after the Body Background tag:
<table width=80% align=right><tr><td>
Then you'll need to close the table at the end of your document right before the closing body and html tags, using this HTML tag:
</tr></td></table>
And your page should look good in both Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
