Out of Bed to chair tonight. Walk in halls 12/15
Allergy: Valium (diazepam)
Clear liquids advances a tolerated
Head of bed elevated 30 degrees
Percocets 1 or 2 tabs by mouth every 4-6 hours
Prempro 1 by mouth daily
Maxide 1 by mouth daily
Zocor 1 po qd (full 20 mg tab)
( that "QID" is an artifact from previous order. Be careful ! )
Benadryl 25 mg capsule at bedtime as needed
Prilosec 20 mg by mouth daily
Compazine 10 mg IV every 8 hours as needed nausea
Colace 100 mg by mouth twice a day
