The med order said:
1) D/C IV fluids ---> Heplock (don't restart)
2) Sinemet 25/100 1 po TID
3) Mag oxide 400 (mg) 1 po daily
4) Oscal-500 1 po BID
5) Kphos Neutral 1 po BID
6) Avapro 75 mg 1 po daily
7) resperdal 2 mg 1 po BID
8) 2 mg 2 po hs
9) Serovent 2 (puffs) now, 2 hs, tonight then 2 BID
10) Flovent 110 2 (puffs) now, 2 hs tonight, then 2 BID
11) Atrovent MDI IV (4) (puffs) at 7pm, today, then IV (4) (puffs) BID
12) D/C transfer to Unit 5A
13) phosphorous level in AM
14) O2 prn satn by pulse OX <92% only check POX BID
15) got me on that one
16) PT to OT BID
