We stayed at the picturesque Hosteriá La Andaluza (16 kilometres north of Riobamba. This is a great place for pictures of the Chimborazo.While here I also had the chance of eating the best trout (trucha) in all of my life plus great music to boot. |

There are many local groups in Ecuador that play Andean music. Since our first trip to the Andes in 1990 I must have purchased about 10 cassettes of groups from Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Chile. |
