INTRODUCTION
The Delaware County Environmental Resource Guide is designed to aid residents of Delaware
County, Pennsylvania in locating recycling sites, environmental groups, and government
agencies for additional information.
This updated version features new groups and contacts that have been established since the
original compilation in 1992. Any changes or additions should be forwarded to the Delaware
County Environmental Network.
The purpose of the Delaware County Environmental Network is to facilitate a network among
groups and individuals who seek to maintain or improve the quality of the environment in
Delaware County. The DCEN publishes a quarterly newsletter and holds an annual conference.
The Steering Committee meets monthly and the meeting is open to the public.
