This page is intended to bring to light those companies that have given us trouble when ordering things or with customer service. This is not intended to be a smear campaign, but just a precation against dealing with unhelpful and bad companies. I will add my own own experineces and ones that you have e-mailed me with. Email me at mikederemer@cs.com, and let me hear your stories so I can post them on this page. Just send me your story along with the following:
- The company name
- What you ordered
- What problems you had
- Was anything done to resolve the problem.
- Anything else that you think should be added
- Your name and email address (option)
- Your web address (option)
I will try to post the messages with the content you send me but I reserve the right to edit out some things, if i feel that they are unappropriate. Sorry.
1. Wrenchhead.com
- Company: Wrenchead.com
- Ordered: 2"x30" Keeper Recovery Strap
- Problems: They sent me the 2"x20' strap
- Resolution: They took forever to answer my emails. They also won't answer all the questions that I ask. No one there seems to have the same story about what is going on. They would not tell me what I had to do the exchange straps. Also there ordering system and pricing system online are messed up. You choose on thing and it adds something else to your shopping cart.

2. Leon Rosser
- Company: Leon Rosser
- Ordered: A lower radiator plug in for the sensor on a radiator upgrade.
- Problems: Called two weeks after ordering and receiving nothing via UPS. Discover they didn't even have a record of my purchase. Again with two weeks, no package, all different excuses why it wasn't at my house yet.
- Resolution: Very little attempt to fix anything
- Anything else that you think should be added: Don't take the chance with them on a 35.00 part when a 13.00 part is at your dealer.

3. Quadratec
- Company: Quadratec
- Ordered: Olympic Sports Rack (roof rack
for soft top Wranglers.) and Hella fog lamp system.
- Problems: I ordered some parts from Quadratec five mounth ago and have not received them yet. I was told it everything was in stock. Every time I contact them I am given the run around. I have heard everything from it's in the mail to the part is still in production.
DONT ORDER FROM QUADRATEC! it's not worth it.
