We believe that the Blackhawk School District is an extension of the Pennsylvania Public Education System and as such has the responsibility to :
- Exceed the requirements of the state
- Provide for the individual needs of our students and community
- Continue with our committment of active communication with the community
- Meet all challenges facing Public Education today and in the future
