Who is Neon ?

You see him everywhere you go, "lighting" up cities and towns across the world! What do you see? You're seeing Neon! He burns a nice crimson, but sometimes he gets mad because he's so hot! He has a very important job: advertising businesses. Without him, tourists wouldn't know what a place was called unless Neon told them what it was. One day, a guy and a girl kept driving by to figure out a place to eat. At the time, Neon was burnt out. He could no longer show these people where to go. Neon decided, it was either he or the people's starvation. He decided he would risk his life for these people. He decided to tear himself away from the sign. He went down with a crash, and split into a million pieces. Neon was dead. The noise from the glass breaking sent the owner of the restaurant out into the parking lot. That's just what Neon wanted him to do! He said, "We really need to change that light now!" The plan was going perfect! The owner cleaned up the mess and changed the light. A new light could now show people where to go. Just as the owner turned on the light, tons of people from the street pulled in the parking lot, and ate there. That made the new light happy as can be.
