Lesser known bands that I like....
Lesser known bands that I like....
"Fifty-six times in Eighty-one seconds...." Too bad this band
never got the attention it deserved...still the loudest band
I have ever seen live....fingers crossed for a reunion....
The band who no one knows...and possibly never will...love any
band that refuses to change or sell out...and who wouldn't like
a band with song titles like "Life is Shit"....hmmm.......?
That, and they have a greatest hits album...check out their amazing homepage,
worth a look.....click here......
"I told her and the alterna-boys that in September of
1987, the Pixies came to take the kids. And they took them."
Francis Black, Kim Deal.........need I really say more...?
No cd collection is complete without at LEAST one of their albums..
" How to operate with a blown mind"...how can people not like
a group with a cd title like that...?? hmm...? If you haven't checked
out this group yet, do yourself a favour and do it....NOW I tell U.....
or, maybe later....but do it.....

SCULLY - Quotation
I think you appreciate that there
are extraordinary men -- and
women -- and extraordinary
moments when history leaps
forward on the backs of these
individuals. That what can be
imagined can be achieved.
That you must dare to dream,
but that there is no substitute for
perserverance and hard work.
And team work. Because no
one gets there alone. And while
we commemorate the greatness
of these events and the
individuals who achieve them,
we cannot forget the sacrifice of
those who made these
achievements and leaps
possible.
