Hochstetter is a member of the Gestapo, and thouroughly hates his visits to Stallag 13. He and Klink have a love-hate relationship. They both hate each other, Klink loves it when Hochstetter leaves, and Hochstetter loves leaving. He'd like to shut down Klink's command if he could, but can't because of the alleged no escape record. Hogan usually finds a way to be around when he is talking to yelling at Klink. He visits Stallag 13 once and a while.
