Amy is currently the Vice President of Economic Strategy and managing partner at PetroStrategy LLC, a firm specializing in commodity investment and risk management for the energy sector. Amy has passed the National Commodity Futures Exam (Series 3) and works as a Senior Economic Consultant with Applied Economics Consulting Group, Inc., a firm specializing in economic and financial analysis supporting commercial litigation and research. Amy is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Texas at Austin and is published in the area of labor economics. As a trustee of a 501 - 3(c) organization, Amy manages the investment of funds totaling over $5 million in assets. Her investment experience and candid humor have made her a favorite speaker at local investment clubs and conferences nationwide.
