I added both the receive and
transmit frequency so that you can listen to both the repeater and vehicle transmissions
to make sure that you have a idea of how far you can listen to a transmission
in simplex mode. I have also included the appropriadte PL/DCS Tone to cut down
on interference so that you don't have to search for it.
