It might seem unbelievable that the Intimidator,the Dominater,the driver of both the Famous and infamous black No. 3 Goodwrench Monte Carlo would have started out racing such a ride !! Dale Earnhardts very first car was a bright pink 1956 K-2 Ford Victoria!!!!
The car had a apricot metal flake roof,and the team decided that the rest of the car should match .The paint was mixed and applied,and hours later,it dried this infamous pastel hue.What is almost unimaginable is that Earnhardt, the winner of more money than any other driver in racing history worldwide,could not afford at the time to repaint it. Earnhardt raced the K-2 Victoria at the old Concord Motor Speedway in Concord N.C
