Dingmans Falls

Dingmans Falls is a series of waterfalls dropping Dingmans Creek to the Delaware River.  The property is owned by the National Park Service and is handicap accessible.

These are the waterfalls for those who have difficulty traversing rugged terrain.  Wheelchair accessible, visitors walk along an elevated boardwalk from the parking lot to the viewing platform.  Benches have been installed for those needing a rest.  Those not confined to a wheelchair, may continue up a nicely maintained trail to a second, raised platform.  Along the way, the Park Service has added informative signs explaining the geology and ecology of the area.  There is ample parking, restrooms, and a bookstore/souvenir shop.

Dingmans Falls is located  just off US-209 about 6.5 miles south of Milford.  (1/10th mile south of the intersection of US - 209 and PA-739.)  Look for the brown NPS informational sign.
