biography
Ted, Matt, and Seth were freinds from Manheim Township High School. Seth and Matt were (and still are) in a band called the Defects. Ted came from a band formerly known as the Dwindles. Seth, Matt, and Ted had one idea in mind, a good punk song. Seth and Matt wanted to play some happier more upbeat songs than they did with the Defects. Out of the blue Seth walked up to Matt and asked if he wanted to start a "pop punk" band with Ted. Matt agreed and all of a sudden they were SIXTEENHOURDISASTER. They explain the name by saying, "We're up sixteen hours and the entire day is a disaster." They got together for to see how the band was going to work out and after turning out 15 or 20 riffs, decided that only one or two would be the songs thay could blow people away. they wanted songs that someone could say, "Wow, that was a good song!." They Wrote the song Inside Out and according to Ted and Matt it blew their asses off. They proceded to write another good song, I'm Not Who You Think I Am. The band is still very young, but they would like to make a release soon. Keep your eyes open for new stuff from SIXTEENHOURDISASTER.
