Beyond the Doors
Beyond the large doors is a black room, but it seems huge, just from the feel of it. Also a
bit eerie the room feels, but smells rathre pleasant. As you step forward a bit you see the glowing again, the dull silver seen before, and a slight bit of Talis' face.
The room slants downward a bit, and as you take one step forward the room bursts with light, though not a flame is lit. Talis' cloak and robe stops glowing and you can see rather well
as the shadows elongate and the room gets dim. The walls are made of stone, but cut perfectly, even though it is still domed above. The room seems about 30 feet high, and about 75 feet from the door to the back, and 50 feet from
left to right. At the ceiling are wooden posts, as thick as a horses saddle reaching across from left to right, and there are about 15 beams. On the last 7 there is wood over them and secured, seeming to be a platform.
The beams are at about 20 feet high. As you take your eyes off the rafters you see 2 flying serpents fly through the air, right past you and into the main hallway. On the floor near the back, in the shadows, is a kirre and 3 kirre pups.
Two monkeys scitter across the floor. An old elven cat walks to Talis again and he picks her up.
The floor is made of marble and in the corner, in a clear column (but oddly not made of glass) is a treasure hoard. Inside it are jewels, silver pieces, about 200 gold pieces and some rings.
There is a majority of silver, and little gold. Also there are more platinum coins then anything. Most of the gems are sapphire, and the whole column is blue and silver, like a myst dragon's scales. There is a huge bed in the back corner,
and next to it a large table with lots of weapons on it. All along the back wall from the ground up to about 10 feet is covered with weapons on a weapons rack. Also, along the other 3 walls at about the 6 foot level is a small shelf made of obsidian,
reaching around the whole wall. On this shelf is very many carvings of dragons, mages, elves, humans, orcs, dwarves, almost all races, and daggers, swords, maces, almost all weapons too! These carvings are excellent and made from stone, jewels, glass, wood, and metal.
In the center of the room is a huge circular table. On this circular table is nothing, and around it are nicely built wooden chairs. It sits on a huge carpet made of silver and bloodstained thread. As you look to the side there is two rooms. One room has a large silver door, the other having a large copper door.
