Peter Reckell was born in Michigan. He started off his career with many off-broadway productions.
One of his TV credits include Knot's Landing. From 1980 to '81 he starred in As the World Turns, and in '83, he was cast as Bo Brady on Days of our Lives.
Some of his hobbies are martial arts, yoga and moountain biking.
