December 10th
Dress Rehearsal for Living Nativity 7 PM Center
The show is relatively simple-but getting an outfit that "fits" everyone is not always so easy. If you aren't here to get an outfit, that is becoming on you then don't complain to me!! Mrs. Urenovich is in charge of this department. We have sheep auditioning to be our showed you believe it!! We're sending John Wanyo to get a camel.

December 17th
Read Carefully

1:30 Leave the ceter for an afternoon "dry run" at Fritzingertown.
It is hard to do the show there like we will do it here and we'll have no animals. But this is a good way to reach out to those who can't get our and around!! We'll start at about 2 down at Fritz-should be down by about 2:30!!!!
7 PM Living Nativity at Parish Center
We expect a capacity crowd for this annual highlight of the year in Freeland. This is our gift to the parish for all the parish does for us. We never ask you to do fundraising - in part because the parish helps to pay for some of our stuff. We we must make every effort to put on a good show. This is one of the spiritual parts of the youth group - let's make it the best ever. I would suggest that everyone be here at least half an hour easily so we have no problems.

December 20th
Jr. High Only
Sort canned good at Freeland food Pantry 7PM.
Every year the Freeland food pantry gives out baskets to the needy in town. our job is simply to help move hundreds and hundreds of cans ' boxes ect.. ect. If we do our job then life is much easier for the people at the pantry. report (Jr. hi only) to the pantry The pantry is located underneath the St. John's Reformed Church at the corner of Chestnut and Washington (only a block from St. Ann's.) If all of you show up you'll certainly be done in less than an hour.

December 27th
Need 8 volunteers to work at Scranton Soup Kitchen
These volunteers (either group) will leave the center at 8:15 AM!! and will work till maybe 11 AM. Should get back here by noon?!! you must call the office to sign up for this. Job will probaly entail sorting the millions of canned goods that people donate. Or you might get to serve the actual meal - we'll see. They need lots of help since they get so many good donated to them at this time of year. Please volunteer (636-3035).
