1) Your site must contain information on some kind of animal. Like a cat, dog, hamster, mouse, etc. If you are applying for the award for your site about your flower garden, you will need to find another site that has an award for stuff like that.
2) Young children should be able to view it without getting yeld at by their parents. Meaning must be clean of nudity, bad language, etc.
3) Must be easy to view. Not take to long to load.
4) And last but not least all the graphics must show up and all the links should work.
