~~ 3 years later~~
"Yeah, she is very excited about staying with you this weekend Danielle." Gina said into the phone. She looked up at the clock. "Oh, I have to go. AJ said he'd call before he got on the plane. Okay, bye." Gina hung up the phone and sat quietly on the couch. AJ had been away for a week doing promotional things. Everytime he went away she missed him like crazy. They had been married for three years now. Isabelle was now 5 and had started first grade the month before.
The sound of the telephone interupted Gina's thoughts. "Hello." "Hey baby." The raspy voice on the other end said. Gina smiled. "Hi. You getting on the plane soon?" "Actually," AJ started, "we took an eatlier flight." "So, then were are you?" She asked. Suddenly, the front door opened. "Right here." Gina quickly hung up the phone and ran over to him. AJ shook his head as she came towards him. "Do you belive this? My beautiful wife just hung up on me." Gina giggled and wrapped her arms around his neck. They kissed for a little but soon were interupted by tiny feet coming down the steps.
"Daddy!" Isabelle yelled. AJ picked her up and kissed all over Isabelle's face. "Hey look at this hip chick." He said, pointing to her pink sunglasses. "You are by far the coolest first grader ever." Isabelle smiled. "I know." Soon, a tiny puppy came into the room. "JD!" Isabelle yelled and AJ set her down on the ground. Isabelle picked up the puppy and quickly carried it outside to play.
AJ wrapped his arm around Gina's waste as they followed Isabelle outside. They stood on the patio as Isabelle played with the dog on the grass. "I have some news," Gina started, "and I didn't want to wait because last time I waited it caused a lot of trouble." AJ's eyebrows rose. "Last time?" Gina nodded. "I found out yesterday that I'm pregnant." AJ felt like doing a back flip. Instead he kissed and hugged his wife. "Thank you! I love you!" AJ shouted. Gina laughed. "Hey, I couldn't have done it without you." They kissed once again.
"Stop kissing and come play!" Isabelle yelled. Gina and AJ both laughed. They joined Isabelle on the ground and started to play with the puppy. AJ couldn't help but stare at Gina. Everything was better then he could of ever expected. It was perfect and he loved her more than any man has ever loved any woman in the hystory of love. He was glad that, in the end, they were together once again.
