~Chapter 7~

AJ felt the nice breeze come off the water as he walked along the beach. It had been a few days since he last saw Gina. He talked to her the day before on the phone and she told him she wanted to see him again soon. Danielle had went home to her appartment in New York and she was feeling lonely once again.

As AJ walked from the beach to Gina's appartment he thought about how confused he was with his relationship with Gina. He had no idea what to make of it. They kissed, held hands, flirted but he didn't know if they were a couple or not. They never really talked about it. AJ realized that he could easily lose her to any guy. He remembered that guy from the club. If Gina had been interested in him she could of left with him and totally forget about AJ. He sighed knowing he wanted her to be his but also knowing he was leaving in a few days. He sighed. He was falling for her, if he wasn't already there.

AJ turned onto the street that Gina's appartment was on. He looked up and saw her come from the building. AJ quickly started to walk faster so he could catch her and he called her name. Gina turned and smiled when she saw who it was. "Hey cutie." He said as he came up closer to her.

Gina's smile lingered upon her face and she could fell her heart beat faster. "Have you ever thought about someone all morning and then feel happy and excited to see them when they show up to your appartment buliding in the afternoon?" She asked and gave him a quick kiss. AJ smiled. "You were thinking about me, huh?" Gina nodded. "Of course." "So, you off to work?" AJ asked. "Yeah, walk me." Gina said as she held onto his hand.

They walked through the streets towards the hotel as Gina talked about what her and Danielle did over the past few days. AJ was quiet as he listen to her speak. After a few minutes they arrived in the hotel lobby. AJ kissed Gina quickly on the lips and told her he'd was heading up to his room and would be back down later to help her close. Gina smiled remembering how she once told him how she hated closing alone. "I have a suprise for you when you come down." She told him and quickly turned towards the club. AJ smirked and watched her walk away.

AJ stepped into the empty club and looked around for Gina. He moved his gaze to the stage and saw her sitting on the piano bench tinkering around on the keys. She looked deep in thought and, although AJ couldn't really tell, she looked sort of sad. As he walked closer to the stage Gina looked up and saw him. A warm smile spread across her face, washing away all signs of sadness. AJ climbed on the stage and sat down next to her on the bench.

"Whatcha doin'?" AJ asked, sounding like a 5 year old. "Nothing. Just thinking." She said as she continued to tinker around on the keys. "About what?" Gina shruggered her shoulders. "Stuff. But enough about me. I have a suprise for you." Gina said. AJ eyebrows rose at Gina. She smiled and reached for the book that sat on the piano. She held it up so AJ could see the cover. "Look familiar?" She asked with a giddy smile.

AJ rolled his eyes as he saw him and his 4 other bandmates on the cover. Gina laughed. "I want to play you my favorite song." She said as she put the book down and opened to 'Don't Wanna Lose You Now.' AJ watched as her fingers moved across the keys. The sound of the all to familiar song filled the empty club. He must of heard and performed the song hundreds of times but it never hit him like this. AJ sang the words into her ear lightly.

Chills ran down Gina's back as his voice ran through her ears. They were both lost in each others talents and the song ended to soon for them both. Gina smiled as AJ looked at her hands that were placed the piano. "How long did that take you to learn cause that was perfect?" Gina blushed a little. "I played it once before you got here."

AJ's eyes widened. "You only played this once and it was that good. Thats amazing." "Thanks." Gina said as her face turned redder. "It's the love of my life, what can I say?" She said happily. AJ nodded. "Yeah." He said in agreement, but knowing deep down inside he wasn't talking about the music but instead he was talking about her.
