****CHAPTER 2****
I ran down the steps with Laura close
behind. When I got to the bottom I looked
over at the sofa. Nick looked up from his
conversation with Elena and smiled at me. As
I walked over to him he stood up from the
sofa and walked towards me. "Well look at you
girl! Man you have grown up. Oh my God, G,
your hair. It used to be like past your butt,
now it is all the way up here." He pointed to
my shoulders. "I've grown up, look at you. I
mean I see ya on TV and stuff, but still,
whew, I always knew you would be a hottie."
Laura walked over from across the room.
"How come you never told us to call you G?" I
jumped a little because I forgot that her and
Elena were in the room. "Oh, well it was
always something Nick called me. No one else
really ever did. I f you guys called me that
it wouldn't matter but it is no big deal." I
looked back over at Nick and gave him a huge
hug. He had the smell of Cool Water lingering
on him. "I missed you so much, Nick." "I've
missed you too. I mean the fellas are great
and all but I missed having you around." Just
then Christina walked in the door with a bag
of packages in her arms. "A little help."
Elena ran over and grabed it from her and
then walked it over to the kitchen.
Christina looked over at me and Nick.
"Ohh, company." She then walked toward us.
"Christina this is Nick, Nick this
Christina." She placed her arm out in front
of her. "How do you do?" I looked up at Nick
and he had a very flirty smile on his face.
He placed his hand in hers. "Good and you?"
She took her hand away and brushed hair out
of
her face. "I am very tired. Food shopping
takes all my energy away." Nick agreed. "Me
too."
I sat down on the sofa and looked over at
Laura. She was standing by the steps the
whole time. I patted the seat next to me to
tell her to come over. She understood the
signal and walked over. Elena walked into the
living room from the kitchen. "So Nick, what
do you have planned for us today?" He was now
sitting in the chair that was next to
Christina's side of the sofa. He looked up
from staring at her. "Huh?" I just giggled.
"She asked, what are we doing today?" "Oh
sorry, um...Kevin said he is more than happy
to have us all over tonight to hang out."
Laura looked over at Nick. "Ya mean the rest
of the boys as well?" He shook his head.
"Yup, oh and Gina, AJ is very excited about
finally getting to meet you." I felt my face
start to get red. "Really?" He started to
laugh. "Of course. You now how he is with
you." Christina smiled. "What? How is he?"
"Well", Nick continued, "evertime I am on the
phone with her he always takes it from me and
starts to talk to her. Even if I was on the
phone with someone else he would ask me if it
was her." I just smiled. I can't wait to meet
him in person.
After all five of us chatted for a while,
Nick told us he had to go home and get a
shower. He told me he would call me later
with the directions to Kevin's. After he had
left we all decided to get showers ourselves.
Nick called around 4:00 with the directions
and said to be at Kevin's at 5:00. Elena said
she would drive, so when we were ready we all
jumped in her Eclipse. Kevin didn't live that
far from us so we got there in about 20
minutes. When we figured out which house it
was Elena parked across the street because
all the spots infront of his house were
taken. I figured it was the other guys cars.
As we walked up the pathway to the front
door I started to get more and more excited.
These guys were always so sweet to me on the
phone i knew that they are going to be sweet
in person. Laura walked up and pushed the
door bell. After a few seconds the door swung
open and there stood Kevin. "Hey, come in,
come in." When we were all in he closed the
door. Just as I was about to interduce myself
he stopped me. "Let me guess, your Gina." I
shook my head. "Yup, and this is Laura, Elena
and Christina." He smiled at each of them.
"Well the rest of the fellas are in the
living room. Come on." We followed him into
the next room. As we walked in Nick stood up
and greeted us. "Where the directions okay?"
I nodded my head. "Yup." Nick interduced us
to the rest of the guys. Right away I could
tell Elena like Brian. He seemed to like her
too. They kept smiling and flirting with each
other. I looked at Christina and just
giggled.
I noticed someone was missing. Just then
AJ walked in. "Wow, I come back from the
bathroom and there are four beutiful ladies
in the living. Whatever type of magic this is
I like it." He shook the girls hands and
walked over to me. I smiled "Hi AJ." "Wow
Gina, it is nice to finally meet you." He
wrapped his arms around my waste and hugged
me. I hugged him back. He had the sweet smell
of CKOne on. As we pulled away he looked at
me
again. "Whew, Nick man you have good taste in
women." I just smiled. I looked up at his
head. "What's up with the hair? Nick said you
die it like once a month." I ran my hand
through it. "Nothing." He smiled. "I am gonna
wait til the tour starts." Brian spoke up.
"Speaking of touring and stuff, we are
shooting the video for larger than life in
about a week. We will have two days to go
over the dance moves. Then a week after that
are the MTV video music awards and we are
performing, but don't worry we will do the
same dance as the video. Then after that we
will have a week to go over the tour. So we
will be pretty busy." Howie smiled. "I hope
we all get along 'cause we will be spending a
heck of a lot of time together." Brian looked
up at Elena and smiled. "I think we will."
Elena smiled back.
Just then the door bell rang. Nick
walked
out of the room yelling, "Pizza's here." A
few moments later he walked in with two pizza
boxes and two bottles of soda. We all sat
down and eat. We all asked question's about
eachother to get to know eachother better.
After a while I started to fell a little
sick. With all the excitement and having four
pieces of pizza, my stomach started to hurt.
Nick had noticed that I wasn't looking so
good. "Yo G, you alright?" I grabbed my
stomach. "Something isn't sitting right."
Laura tapped me on the shoulder. "Want me to
take you home?" I shook my head. "No, you
stay and watch the movie, I can call a cab."
AJ stood up. "No, I'll take you. I've seen
Armageddon three times." I stood up. "Are you
sure." He smiled. "I'm sure. I know where I
am going. Nick gave me directions yesterday."
I said my good-byes and turned to AJ. "Ya
ready?" He grabbed my hand. "Ready." He led
me out the door to his car.
