  • ****CHAPTER 9****
  • ***GINA'S PERSPECTIVE***
  • We pulled up to the hotel. We only had a half hour to check in and unpack because we had to get to the arena. When we pulled up to the arena we were escorted backstage. We sat and chilled back there for a while. There was some food spread out on tables for us and there were couches and a tv. There were a few fans that were back there that had meet-n-greet passes. They would alk by and I would smile politly. Some of them would ask me a few things like "What is like to be a BSB dancer?" I would smile and answer their questions. They were very sweet. I sat on the couch and crossed my legs. I started to shake them, something I do when I am nervous. Nick noticed my nervousness and came over and sat next to me. "You alright?" I smiled. "Yeah, just a little nervous." He wrapped his arms around me and gave me a hug. "Don't be nervous, our fans are great. Besides, you were never nevous when we were little. You remembeer the time we put on a show for like the whole neighborhood and you had a whole dance routine for 'I Wll Survive'." I smiled. "Yeah, how old were we, like 7 or 8?" He smiled again. "Yup, so don't be nervous. Your a wacko, so just act like one on stage and the fans will love you." I smiled and kissed him on the check. "Thanx bud."
  • Soon we had to get ready and go on stage. The dancers all had to stand in line, ready to march out. I turned and smiled at Elena, who stood behind me. She smiled back. When we got up on stage, I felt a rush come over me. The fans were great, Nick was right. I would catch AJ blowing kisses and making faces towards me to make me laugh. Once he was sticking his tounge out and he almost missed his line to sing. I just giggled and went on with my moves. When it was over we had to get to the buses so we could rush back to the hotel. Me and Danielle got on the bus with Kevin, AJ, Howie and Nick. Everyone else got on other buses. I sat down next to AJ and leaned my head on his shoulder. "I can't beleive how much fun that was." He smiled and kissed me on my head. "Get used to it, were gonna be doing this a lot."
  • ***CHRISTINA'S PERSPECTIVE***
  • I woke up a little early. We were now on the bus driving to the next city. I went to the back of the bus to call my mom. We talked for a while but then she had to go to work. I hung up the phone and buried my face in my hands and started to cry. I missed my family so much. Why was I so homesick? Just then, Nick walked back and turned on the tv. He saw me sitting there. "Do you mind if I play some Playstation?" He then noticed I was crying and sta down next to me. "What's wrong?" I wiped my tears away. "Oh nothing. I am just being a baby. I am a little home sick." He sighed. "Tell me about. I miss my family so much." I looked deep into his eyes. Something I have never done before. He had the most beuitiful baby blue eyes. He continued. "Well, were be in Philly in about two weeks. Until then all you have to do is realize the great people you are surroned by. Even though I miss my family, I still have the guys and you girls. I like to think you guys are my on the road family." I smiled. "Good concept." He smiled. "You know, I never thanked you fr being my date for the VMA's." I smiled again. "Oh no problem. I had so much fun." He wiped my last tear away with his thumb. "Look I know you think that we would never work because I am 19 and you are 22, but I like you a lot. When you come into the room my heart races a million miles a minute. ALl I want to do is make you laugh so I can see your beutiful smile." My eyes started to tear again. "That is the most sweetest thing anyone has eve said to me." I leaned in and kissed him. When we pulled apart he smiled. "I've been hoping you would do that since the second I saw you." I looked down and smiled. "I mean, Danielle and Kevin are so cute togther and they are four years apart. I am sure we can do it. Besides, you are more mature than most of the older men I have dated." I sighed. "Let's just take things slow." He smiled and nodded. I looked over at the tv. "I challenge you to a game." He handed me a padle. "Your on."
